Inventure Entrepreneurship Academy is a 2-week immersive experience for high school students interested in entrepreneurship.

 

This program takes students through the ideation process, teaches them valuable leadership skills, and provides business education from Regional Experts. At the conclusion of the program, participating teams will pitch their ideas for up to $5,000 in prize funding

for their venture.

REGISTRATION OPENS - April 4, 2022

Registration for the Inventure Entrepreneurship Academy will open on April 4, 2022.

Interested participants will complete an online form on mainstventures.org.

*Program is limited to the first 50 Students

Registration for Inventure Entrepreneurship Academy will close on May 20, 2022.

The first 50 registrants should check their email for next steps from Main Street Ventures!

*Participants & Guardians will need to sign a Program Agreement and Release Form

The Program will end with a pitch where participating teams can earn up to $5,000 in prize money for their venture! All pitches will be recorded for viewing after the conclusion of the program.

*Main Street Ventures will provide all materials necessary for the Program – including lunch!

Common Questions

Do you have to pay to participate in Inventure Academy? What do I need to bring?

Inventure Entrepreneurship Academy is FREE to all registered participants. Main Street Ventures will provide all supplies necessary to participate in the program - including lunch and snacks each day. Participants are encouraged to bring a Laptop or Tablet to help build the final presentation.

Who are the Inventure Academy Instructors?

The instructors for Inventure Entrepreneurship Academy are Startup Leaders, University Professors, and Business Experts. They will bring their areas of expertise to help participants build their ventures during the program. 

What is the goal of Inventure Entrepreneurship Academy?

We see an opportunity to engage and build the Greater Cincinnati Region’s next generation of entrepreneurs.

  • Develop the entrepreneurial mindset in our Region’s High School Students.

  • Inspire next-gen leaders by taking them through the Ideation and Pitch Process.

Who is eligible to participate?

Any High School Student (Rising Freshman - Senior) in Hamilton County is eligible to register. We do not accept registrants from students outside Ohio or recent High School graduates at this time.
