Brianna
Dzuricsko
Director, Funding & Impact

Brianna is the Director of Funding & Impact at Main Street Ventures. She joined the Main Street Ventures Team in 2019 as the Program Associate where she was instrumental in shaping the processes for the Grant Giving Programs and Brand Building.

Prior to her time at Main Street Ventures, Brianna served as the Program Coordinator of UpPrize Social Innovation Challenge in Pittsburgh, PA and the Brand and Accelerator Strategy Coordinator at the eCenter@LindenPointe in Hermitage, PA.

 

Brianna received her bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University and is a 2019 Venture for America Fellow, a fellowship program for recent college graduates who want to become startup leaders and entrepreneurs.

Kubala
Chief Financial Officer

Sarah is a CPA with 15+ years of experience. Over the years she has worked with a wide range of businesses, from Fortune 50 public companies, to new venture startups. Sarah has been the CFO of Main Street Ventures and The Brandery since 2014.

 

Sarah is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Finance Committee for Notre Dame Academy.  Sarah was a graduate of C-Change Class 8.  Sarah received her bachelor’s degree from Thomas More University.

Jazmine
Mosby
Manager, Special Events & Operations

Jazmine is the Manager of Special Events and Operations at Main Street Ventures. She joined the Main Street Ventures Team in 2023 to create and implement special events and support the operational needs of the organization. With a passion for serving the community and empowering individuals to achieve their best quality of life, Jazmine has worked with businesses in both the public and private sectors. Prior to her time at Main Street Ventures, Jazmine served in various roles with the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority coordinating events, developing programs, and managing projects to enhance employee engagement and improve processes.

 

Jazmine received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and is a graduate of Cincy Next Class 8, the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s leadership development program for young professionals.

Ober
Director of Engagement

Abby Ober is the Director of Engagement at Main Street Ventures. In this role, Abby works closely with Activators, partners, community members, and supporters to build programming, connections, and engaging content. She has over 10 years of experience working in entrepreneurial support helping countless founders thrive and build their dreams. Prior to her current role, Abby served as the Program Director for the State of Kentucky’s Innovation Hub in NKY.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Cincinnati. Abby is also heavily involved within her local community as she serves on several Boards including, The Carnegie Center of Columbia Tusculum, The University of Cincinnati’s Arts and Sciences Alumni Board, and the University of Cincinnati’s Friends of Communication Board.

Parker
Executive Director

Sean is the Executive Director at Main Street Ventures. He joined the Main Street Ventures Team in 2023 after spending almost two decades in corporate and financial communications. 

 

Prior to Main Street Ventures, Sean held senior roles in communication and strategy at several large corporations including Nike, P&G, The Kroger Co. and Fifth Third Bank. Throughout his career, he has worked with a variety of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, non-profits, and startups, leveraging his relationships and expertise in business strategy to deliver exceptional results.

 

Sean is a proud graduate of Howard University and Walnut Hills High School.

Tony was the General Manager of The Brandery from 2015 to 2017 and a board member for several years prior. He, along with the rest of the Main Street Ventures team, spent 2018 laying the foundation for a new direction of giving back to the Cincinnati startup & small business community.  He has started several companies over the past 15+ years of entrepreneurship, sits on several corporate boards, and is an active angel investor. Tony is a graduate of Miami University and has been active there previously as the Entrepreneur-in-Residence and guest lecturer.

Kelly is the COO of Constellation Wealth Advisors. Prior to her current role, Kelly was the Executive Director of Main Street Ventures and a part of the third generation of her family's business, BGR, Inc., where she was instrumental in leading the company's strategic planning and growth efforts in her position as COO. She is actively involved in several Cincinnati organizations, serving on several boards including the University of Cincinnati Goering Center for Family & Private Business, The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden’s Ambassador

Council, and was a member of C-Change, Class 8, and WeLead, Class 11. She was named one of Cincinnati’s Forty Under 40 by the Business Courier and winner of the 2018 Larry Grypp Rising Leader Award. Kelly received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and her MBA from Xavier University.

Dave bridges the worlds of the Fortune 500 and entrepreneurship. He is the author of the award-winning book Predicting The Turn, former CMO for Rockfish and an alumni of Procter & Gamble. A leader in StartupCincy, Dave is co-founder of The Brandery, Vine St Ventures, and Miami University’s Cradle of Marketers.

J.B. currently serves as the CEO at Double Cross Vodka. His background spans over 20 years of product development, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic leadership in early-stage companies.

J.B. was previously the Managing Director of Gorilla Ventures and Corporate Development for The Gorilla Glue Company. Before that, he held positions at EW Scripps, Twitter, Vitrue & ShareThis. A Cincinnati native, J.B. is one of the founders of The Brandery and a graduate from Denison University.

Rob is also the Chair of the Cincinnati Business and Finance group at Taft Stettinius & Hollister, LLP, where he routinely recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America®. Rob is a co-founder The Brandery and co-manager of Vine Street Ventures, a mirco-VC fund. Civically, Rob is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and on the executive committees of the Dan Beard Council and the Association for Corporate Growth. Rob received his bachelor's degree from Duke University, MBA from Kellogg School of Management, and his JD at Washington University.

George is an original co-founder of Main Street Ventures and board member for The Brandery. He is a partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. George is regularly recognized by Best Lawyers in America, which named him 2021 Lawyer of the Year in Cincinnati for Venture Capital.  George is a board member and the Treasurer of the Cincinnati Zoo.  He graduated from the University of Notre Dame and Notre Dame Law School and is a former CPA with Deloitte.

John is the President of Diversified360.

 

He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, and the Cincinnati Preservation Association. John is Immediate Past Chair for the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce and Former President for the Air Conditioning Contractors of Greater Cincinnati. John is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Paula Boggs Muething has responsibility for the overall legal operations of the FC Cincinnati organization, providing strategic advice and counsel to all departments within the FC Cincinnati Holdings enterprise, and developing enterprise-wide legal and risk management policies. Prior to joining FC Cincinnati, Ms. Boggs Muething served as the City Manager for the City of Cincinnati with responsibility for a $1.5 billion budget and over 6,000 employees.

She previously served as City Solicitor, managing all litigation, real estate and development transactions, labor and employment matters, contracts, client advice and legal opinions, and

legislative drafting. Prior to joining the City, Ms. Boggs Muething was General Counsel and Vice-President of Community Revitalization for the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority, a county-wide economic development agency. Paula was also a litigator for the City of Cincinnati Law Department; a litigation associate at Keating, Muething, and Klekamp, PLL; and a law clerk for the Honorable James E. Keller of the Kentucky Supreme Court.

Tara Noland is VP, Client Services for Ignite Philanthropy where she helps local nonprofits reach their fundraising goals. Prior to that, Tara served as the Founding Executive Director of the GreenLight Fund in Cincinnati. She brings a wealth of nonprofit expertise and community knowledge to the Main Street Ventures board. Tara earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Kentucky. She is a past board member and president of the Junior League of Cincinnati and was a member of C-Change, Class 4 and WeLead, Class 10. She was named one of Cincinnati’s Forty Under 40 by the Business Courier and a YWCA Rising Star in 2012.

Joel is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Fifth Third Private Bank for the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky Regions.  He has spent his entire professional career at Fifth Third Bank and previous responsibilities include Private Banking Services and Fiduciary Services. Joel is an active community volunteer, leveraging his financial expertise and commitment to giving back to the local community by serving on the Boards of the Cincinnati Ballet, the United Way of Greater Cincinnati, The Summit Country Day School, The Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, and Cincinnati Youth Collaborative. In 2013, he was honored by Louisville Business First as a Forty Under Forty recipient. He is also a graduate of  Cincinnati USA’s C-Change, Class 5, and Leadership Louisville Class of 2016.

Ryan Watson is a seasoned entrepreneur with deep experience in finance & accounting. Ryan is a partner at Upsourced Accounting, advising venture-backed startups and creative agencies on growth. Formerly, Ryan served as COO of Ahalogy, a local venture-backed startup acquired by Quotient Technology in 2018, and CEO of Sqrl. Ryan received an Entrepreneur of the Year EDGE Award from Ernst & Young and ‘Outstanding Emerging Innovation’ honors from the Cincinnati Business Courier. Ryan began his career as a CPA at Deloitte.
